Accommodation

A number of rooms has been provisionally reserved at the NJV Athens Plaza Hotel, category 5 star, Esperia Palace Hotel, category 4 star and at Astor Hotel, category 3 star, which is four minutes walking distance from Venue hotel and ten minutes walk from the “Kostis Palamas” University club which the sessions on Friday 25th and Monday 28th of June will take place. It is advisable to book as early as possible to ensure reservation.

Note: Prices are per room, per night including breakfast and taxes.

The hotel reservation cannot be confirmed until the Accommodation Form has been received including a 50% deposit and the dates required. The Accommodation Form should be sent along with the deposit to EVEREST TRAVEL & CONGRESSES as soon as possible. A note of confirmation will be sent to the registrants stating the amount left to be paid as well as the name and address of the hotel of their stay. Full payment by June 10th 2010.

Cancellation Policy and Refund for Accommodation.

Written notification is required for all cancellations and changes. A copy of the Accommodation Form should be attached to the letter of notification and send to Everest Travel & Congresses. Refunds will be made as follows according to the postmark on the notice of cancellation.
